Never Fail Tenderloin

There is nothing better at the holidays than a perfect beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce. This melt in your mouth entre can be paired with a starch of your liking (I prefer twice baked potatoes) and say, roasted brussels sprouts with cranberries and balsamic drizzle. Albeit, not the most heart-healthy meal, but I try to justify the beef and potatoes with the brussels sprouts! Does that work?
